ABOUT ME
I am a civil engineer by profession, an immigrant from Sri Lanka and a mom of a toddler. When I went back to work after maternity leave ended, I barely saw my daughter on weekdays, and those hours were crammed with 101 duties. There was no space for love, joy and rejuvenation.
The life path to success I followed had completely let me down. My relationship with self and family was only on survival mode. But, ironically perceived duty to society was at a high.
But what is the human experience if not lived with joy starting at the self first, which then pours into your family and overflows to empower society at large. I felt that I was doing success in the wrong order.
I had to set my energy and time allotments in correlation to my priorities. And that’s what I did. Now I help people do the same and create a life that aligns with their priorities.
